JV baseball -- Rams collect EPC win

SNOW HILL -- Dreyon Willis, Tyler Chase and Drew Sowers each provided two hits as Greene Central stopped North Lenoir 11-5 in Eastern Plains 2-A action Tuesday.
Willis doubled with an RBI in a 2-for-4 showing. Chase batted 2-for-4 with an RBI, while Sowers doubled and knocked in a run in four plate appearances.
Sowers emerged the winning pitcher, striking out seven in a complete-game effort.
The Rams (7-6, 2-0) travel to SouthWest Edgecombe this afternoon.
