PIKEVILLE -- Julia Lancaster struck out 13 batters and yielded two hits as Charles B. Aycock knocked off Washington 3-1 in Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference action Tuesday.
Lancaster, Shelly Lancaster and Brittany King each had one hit for the Golden Falcons.
C.B. Aycock (6-0, 4-0) is tentatively scheduled to travel to county rival Eastern Wayne this afternoon. The Golden Falcons visit SouthWest Edgecombe for a non-conference game Thursday.
