Soccer -- NL's Bright shines against Kinston

KINSTON -- North Lenoir's Haley Bright accounted for all seven of the Hawks goals, scoring four times and dishing out three assists in a 7-0 win over rival Kinston at the Vikings' field on Thursday.
Brittany Forrest added a goal and an assist, while Elizabeth Foye and Katie Maloney each scored and had an assist.
Febe Baraza had eight saves in the goal in North Lenoir's fourth shutout of the season.
Hawks' coach Dan Amodeo praised the defense in the win.
North Lenoir (11-0-1) returns to action on April 19 at home against SouthWest Edgecombe.
