Baseball -- WCDS falls to Greenfield

WILSON -- Wayne Country Day's Spenser Briggs had a double and an RBI in the Chargers' 8-2 loss at Greenfield Academy on Tuesday.
Kevin Logan added an RBI for the Chargers (2-12 overall), who fell to 0-7 in the Coastal Plains Independent 1-A Conference.
Ryan Ford picked up the loss in 4 1/3 innings of work.
Wayne Country Day returns to action on Friday at Rocky Mount Academy.
