WILSON -- Goldsboro's Sean Sheffield, Monquavius Edwards and Brantley Barrett were applauded for solid defensive outings in the Cougars 10-0 loss at Wilson Fike on Wednesday.
Fike's Jimmy Kinney had three hits and five RBI on the day.
Richard Sidelinger tossed five innings of no-hit work against the Cougars (1-17), who travel to South Central on Friday.
