JV baseball -- GC wins at home

SNOW HILL -- Greene Central's Corey Skinner had three hits and an RBI as the Rams defeated SouthWest Edgecombe 9-3 on Wednesday.

Billy Teston had an RBI, while Drew Sowers doubled for Greene Central (11-10, 6-2 Class 2-A Eastern Plains Conference).

Greene Central returns to action at home against Tarboro on Thursday.
