Prep volleyball -- Wayne Christian tops Faith-RM

Wayne Christian defeated Faith Christian of Rocky Mount 25-14, 23-25, 25-10 and 25-14.
Emily Reesman led the attack with 10 aces and three kills. Michelle Krug had five aces for the Eagles (3-1, 1-1 Carolina Christian 1-A).
Katie Daniels added five kills, while Alicia Chong had two kills.
The Eagles host the N.C. School of the Deaf on Sept. 7.
