Prep volleyball -- Saints lose another close one

MOREHEAD CITY -- Southern Wayne's Bridget Parvin had five kills, five digs and three aces as the Saints dropped a heart-breaking, 25-18, 25-19, 22-25, 26-28, 15-6 loss at West Carteret on Tuesday.
The loss continues a string of tough, five-set losses for Southern Wayne (2-9).
Katie Westfall had five aces and four kills for the Saints, while Rachel Reynolds added seven digs and three kills.
Southern Wayne travels to Raleigh Broughton today in a non-conference tilt.
