Prep volleyball -- Rosewood's Hill smashes 18 kills

SPIVEY'S CORNER -- Rosewood's Jessica Hill had 18 kills and eight blocks as the Eagles moved to 7-1 overall after a 25-16, 29-27, 27-25 win over Midway on Wednesday.
Abigail Barrow added a season-high 15 assists and two digs, while Clare Narron provided seven assists and four digs. Kasey Grey notched five kills and four blocks for the Eagles, who travel to North Lenoir today.
