Hawks double up Wilson Beddingfield
WILSON -- Josh Baird and Josh Williams each notched a first-half goal as North Lenoir stopped Wilson Beddingfield 2-1 in a non-conference contest.
Baird scored less than two minutes into the match, while Williams collected his goal in the ninth minute.
Alex McGalhy and Israel Huerta each provided an assist.
North Lenoir (6-1-0) travels to Rosewood next Monday.
Greene Central
wins on the road
FARMVILLE -- Juan Mendez tallied two goals as Greene Central blanked Farmville Central 4-0 in a non-conference match.
Juan Alberran and Abel Real each contributed a goal.
The Rams (3-4-1) are the guests of Roanoke Rapids next Wednesday.
