Norwayne boys 74, Spring Creek 20 -- Connor Narron and Tyheim Pitt led Norwayne with 12 points each, while Tyler Ruffin and Shepard Whitfield scored nine points each. Anthony Green led Spring Creek with 12 points. Norwayne (2-0) travels to Greenwood on Wednesday.
Goldsboro boys 41, Greenwood 37 -- No further information was provided on this game. Greenwood hosts Norwayne on Wednesday.
Greenwood girls 45, Goldsboro 28 -- Greenwood's Tiarra McIntyre collected a team-high 12 points with five assists, while teammate Tia Jones added 10 points and six rebounds. Zeara McDuffie paced Goldsboro with a game-best 15 points.
Greenwood (2-0) will host Norwayne on Wednesday.
