The Carolina Hurricanes mascot will make a stop in Goldsboro this evening to show off the Stanley Cup. The trophy will be on display outside City Hall from 7:45 to 9:30 p.m.
Fans will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with the Cup, which is awarded to the NHL playoff champion. The Canes beat the Edmonton Oilers in seven games back in June to win their first Cup.
