Mount Olive boys 61, Norwayne 27 -- Octaveous Oats led a trio of Mount Olive players in double-figures with 16 points to lead Mount Olive to the win. Lyndell Wiggins added 14 points and Carlos Council had 11 for Mount Olive (8-3, 3-1) who will next host Eastern Wayne on Jan. 25.
Eastern Wayne girls 39, Spring Creek 21 -- Maurriel Baker's double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds helped the Warriors to the road victory, Thursday evening. The victory improves Eastern Wayne to 8-3 and will next play at Mount Olive on Jan. 25.
