Wayne Christian's three leading scorers shot a blistering 17 for 22 from the floor in leading the Eagles to a 62-38 win over Bethel Christian on Monday night.
T.A. Brannan led WCS with 19 points while Nick Woods tallied 12 with five rebounds and five assists. James Cannon also scored 11 points with five rebounds.
Wayne Christian evens its mark to 9-9 (5-5) on the season and will next host Northwood Temple on Thursday night.

Wayne Christian, led by a game-high 25 points from Colton Woods, defeated Bethel Christian 63-31, Monday evening.
Taylor Johnson added 15 points and Bradley Yelverton scored nine for the Eagles.
The victory improves Wayne Christian to 10-3 (5-1) who will next face Northwood Temple at home on Thursday.
JV Girls
Eastern Wayne knocks off So. Wayne
Alta Black scored 21 points to lead the Eastern Wayne Warriors to a 47-36 victory over Southern Wayne back on Friday.
Tierra Campbell added 11 points for the Warriors who improved to 9-3 (5-0) with the win.
Middle Schools
Greenwood boys 44, Spring Creek 23 -- Octavius Lawson scored 14 points and Brandon Scott added eight points and eight rebound to lead Greenwood to the win. Greenwood is now 4-8 on the year.
Norwayne boys 47, Grantham 40 -- Tyson Pierson had 15 points and Shepherd Whitfield scored 14 to help Norwayne defeat Grantham. With the victory, Norwayne improves to 7-5 this season.
Arendell Parrott Academy boys 29, Wayne Christian 22 -- Wayne Christian had a tough night shooting and fell to Arendell Parrott. Jordan Crouthamel led the Eagles with nine points while Chase Darden added six. The loss drops WCS to 7-6 (2-3).
