Greater Goldsboro Run scheduled for Saturday

More than 150 runners are expected to compete at the 29th Annual Greater Goldsboro Road Run will be held Saturday. Registration and packet pickup will be from 7 to 8 a.m. at First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, across from the Pedestrian Plaza. Goldsboro mayor Al King will welcome the participates and the starting gun for all events will be at 8:30 a.m. Rich Thornton will provide DJ services from 8 to 10 a.m. at the plaza, all particiapates will have a chance to win a door prize and photographs of the participates will be taken.
