Junior Legion: Post 94 shuts out South Lenoir

SNOW HILL -- Snow Hill Post 94 scored early and often to knock off South Lenoir 10-0 in a five-inning, Junior American Legion contest Monday evening at the James R. Fulghum Athletic Complex.
Will Davis went the distance on the mound to record the victory.
At the plate, Stephen McDonald was 3-for-4 while Zach Chase and Jasper Jones both hammered out two hits apiece.
Snow Hill (4-4 overall) returns to action today against Beaufort County at Northside High School in Yeatesville.
The Post 94 Senior Legion team puts its perfect 6-0 mark on the line tonight at Wayne County Post 11.
