Kinston cranked out 10 hits and knocked off the Salem Avalanche 7-2 on Thursday evening.
Jared Goedert's RBI single highlighted a four-run, eighth-inning outburst. Beau Mills and Goedert scored on Johnny Drennen's double. Niuman Romero raced home an error.
Reliever Matt Meyer claimed the mound win.
