Laura Collins joined the News-Argus in June 2009 where she covers business as well as northern Wayne County including Fremont and Pikeville. She graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism and a minor in Sociology. She previously worked at the Sandusky Register in Ohio where she covered the police beat and won Ohio Associated Press awards for feature writing and breaking news reporting.
