Renee Carey is the new editor of The News-Argus. She is a veteran newswoman with 15 years of experience in all aspects of newspaper coverage and design. She is an Ohio native, coming to Carolina after several years of work in Georgia. She has earned numerous awards in writing, design and coverage during her career and served as a member of the Associated Press News Council while in Georgia.
