Coastal Carolina Camera Club held its June competition with the theme of “Fences and Walls.” Awards are given in two divisions, A and B. Critiques are provided for all images entered by a judge through the Photographic Society of America. The judge then places images first through third for each division. The following images placed for ribbons:

Division A

First: Modern Viewing Platform — Mogens Hermansen.

Second: It’s My Beach — John Farr.

Third: Dune Fences — Michelle Tinger.

Division B

First: Come Lost Souls — Jeff Hanke.

Second: Boardwalk and Fence at Vereen Memorial Gardens, Little River, SC — Gene Viviano.

Third: Yellowstone Historical North Entrance — Deborah Alt.

Club meetings are monthly (except July) on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at Shallotte Presbyterian Church, 5070 Main St. in Shallotte. Guests are always welcome.

Membership is open to photographers of all skill levels. Meetings consist of informative programs on photographic techniques, topics, and software usage, member photo presentations and critiques, guest speakers and much more. More information is available at photoclubservices.com.
