A trigger is a shot simulating the previous one. Therefore, triggers of the mind simulate emotions and conjure a rendition of times and events. It is parallel to the actual experience that took place no matter its distance in time to the present day. This can cause what is known as a flashback. When we’re aware of what’s happening, we learn to brace ourselves to transition so that we do not linger in this state. We do this by prayer and understanding that we’re not in those places anymore.

We will see the other side of experience as we step out in faith. By the grace of God, I have experienced the revelation of scriptures to resonate within my soul and spirit man. I not only know the living word of God; I believe it.

May we be encouraged by the scripture that says, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God,” (Romans 12:2).

As we are transformed by the renewing of our minds, we replace all thoughts that are contrary to the word of God with what the word of God says concerning us as Christians. When the mind changes and our thoughts illuminate within our hearts in belief, we become transformed. Our spirit is strengthened by His spirit and it gives our mortal bodies power. “And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: And she spake with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,” (Luke 1:41-42). Even when Jesus was yet in His mother’s womb, He had the power and authority to transform lives. “For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy,” (Luke 1:44).

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” — John 1:1-5

As we understand these scriptures, we see that there’s power in speaking the truths in the Bible over the lies of the enemy. When we speak life and healing, deliverance and peace, joy and a sound mind, we’re reproving the darkness with the light of the word. Any mind-binding spirit will have to leave when we believe in our hearts what thus sayeth the Lord God Almighty.

Before the worlds were formed there was wisdom. Keep on moving forward, God has already prepared a way. He goes before us and nothing is a surprise to Him. The plans He has for us are to prosper us and that we are in good health, even as our souls prosper. Jesus has given us victory over those things that try to come against us. We must be mindful, “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ,” (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).

Stand upon the word of God and continue to be transformed because where the mind goes the body stays. For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. (Proverbs 23:7)

This is the rhythm of the gospel character and the sound of the word of God exemplified in your life.
