The organ dedication concert planned for Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Hazel Waters Kornegay Assembly Hall at the University of Mount Olive has been postponed due to repairs being made to the hall as a result of Hurricane Florence.

• Sunday in the Park will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 7 at Herman Park, in partnership with the Arts Council of Wayne County. It will also be an Oktoberfest celebration. Free.
