Second annual PEEP show will take place at the Arts Council of Wayne County Sept. 7 through 17. It will feature artwork by local artists and art enthusiasts made from marshmallow PEEPS. “Cars on Center: The Golden Age of the Automobile in Goldsboro” exhibit will be at the Wayne County Museum through Sept. 29. The exhibit will explore the many car dealerships and the car culture of downtown’s Center Street from the 1940s through the 1960s. In addition to the photos of dealers and cars gone by, there will be vintage toy cars, models, car collectibles and car memorabilia and accessories on display.
