Edna Gray Grady, 81, was born in Duplin County, the daughter of the late Katie Hope Dixon, and was the wife of the late Albert Grady. She was an inspector for Young Squire as well as a worker for Cates Pickles. Mrs. Grady was a member of the Mount Olive Church of God for 58 years.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at the Mount Olive Church of God with the Rev. Steve Sprinkle and the Rev. Jerry Ezzell officiating. Committal services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Calypso Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service Tuesday evening.

Mrs. Grady is survived by her children, Pamela Grady Hamm of Mount Olive, Albert Lee Grady and wife, Kimberly, of Baton Rouge, La., Billy Ray Grady and wife, Betty Ann, of Red Level, Ala., Sue Howell and husband, Tim, of Goldsboro, Dennis Grady of Mount Olive, and Zina Carr and husband, Greg, of Seven Springs; grandchildren, Billy Lee Grady, Rebecca Grady, Mike Howell, Amanda Smith, John Hamm, PeeDee Hamm, Brian Carr, Bradley Carr, and Ben Carr; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Diane Sauls Tyndall, 63, of Pikeville, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2019, at her home.

Diane was born in Wayne County on April 2, 1955, to the late Mr. and Mrs. James Russell Sauls. For many years, Diane worked with the Wilson Daily Times in Wilson.

At her request, no formal services will be held.

Diane is survived by her husband of 30 years, Brian Tyndall; children, Maranda Everett, Kenneth C. Tyndall and Lance Jacob Tyndall; brothers, James Russell Sauls Jr., Danny Sauls and Billy Sauls; and sisters, Sue Proctor and Polly Effler.

Gail Bass Faucette, of Kenly, died Saturday at home.

Funeral will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Kenly Funeral Service, with the Rev. Christian Powell officiating. Burial will be in the Dixon Family Cemetery.

She was born Dec. 20, 1947, in Washington, D.C., to the late Wilbert Bass and Elizabeth Bass. She was married to Donnie Faucette.

She is survived by a daughter.
